Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment is legislated by the Citizenship Act, Cap112 and is framed as the Vanuatu “Development Support Program” (DSP), the Capital Investment Immigration Plan (CIIP), and the Real Estate Option (REO).
All the programs share identical application processes and lead to the same grant of citizenship in terms of privileges and rights. Most often, where cost is the primary consideration, then a contribution-based application is the most cost-effective in both the short and longer term.

Provide a scanned passport copy of the applicants above 16 years old to ensure they are eligible for the Citizenship Program. This step takes 2–3 days.
At this stage, a simple set of certified documents must be submitted. This stage takes 10–14 days.
To ensure a smooth process, the remaining documents must be submitted along with the second Stage payment. Once this stage is approved, you will receive an approval in principle letter. This stage takes 30–40 days.
The Oath Ceremony is held online. Once it is over, the passports and certificates are printed and sent to the desired location through courier (DHL). This process takes 7–10 business days.
